(Ox themed hong bao: Singapore)

I did promise to show this red packet – Ying’s dad gave me it for reference and I meant to immediately publish it, but it became misplaced between China and the UK somewhere. Moving my life across the world every wee while has its casualties. Here you can see that there’s a jolly bovine face, and that the red packet closed with the help of a tab – the cow’s bell, of course. Once opened, it wishes you “MOOre Joy in the New Year!” Classic. I thought it was a delightful new spin on the envelope design. I didn’t do the best presentation job on showing you – I took the photos today and the weather is very dull indeed!

On another note, unfortunately, I feel I must cease from writing posts here until I have more to actually talk about! I shall have to wait on more new images to show you. In place of text and image, I could slot in a new image each day, though they will be depicting some elements you may have already seen in a different way, I just may not have much commentary to accompany them.

If there’s anything you’d like to know or see more of, just leave me a comment and I can ferret it out for you. Otherwise, enjoy the new line up, starting after this.
