Dancing light

Honestly, after this post I’ll stop going on and on about this lake show! But really, if you were there, you would understand why so many people turn up every week and dive for the best seats.
I just wanted to show you the dancers. They were projected onto a cloud of spray from a set of fountains – that’s why it’s not totally clear here. When the water was spraying cleanly, it was quite magical; the footage was of various dancers in carnival costume, but as an added effect, they appeared to be dancing in water, splashing each time their feet hit the ground. It worked so well as they were about 5 metres high and appeared to dance on the water’s surface, spattering droplets of light through the night.
